Privacy Policy

Last updated October 29, 2026

Worsley Urban ("Worsley Urban", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information this website collects, why, who handles it, how long we keep it and the choices you have. It applies to worsley.ca and its pages, including Insights.

What we collect

Information you give us

When you send an enquiry through the form on an Insights page, we collect your full name, email address, phone number, the description you choose (for example landowner, investor, lender or broker) and anything you write about a property or opportunity. If you email us directly, we receive what you send.

Information collected automatically

  • Article view counts. Each Insights article counts how many times it is viewed per day. The count is a number per article and per day. It does not record who viewed the page and sets no cookie.
  • Security. Our hosting provider screens traffic to protect the site from automated abuse. It may set a strictly necessary security cookie and processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type for that purpose.
  • Fonts. Pages load typefaces from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google's servers, which receive your IP address as part of that request.

We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking or analytics that build a profile of you.

How we use it

  • To read and answer your enquiry, and to follow up on the opportunity you raised.
  • To keep the website secure and working.
  • To understand, in aggregate, which articles are read.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your enquiry details to send you marketing without your consent.

Who handles it

Your enquiry goes to Worsley Urban. The website is built and operated for us by 8IGHT AI TECHNOLOGY INC. (Toronto), which receives a copy of each enquiry to make sure it is delivered and to maintain the site. Our service providers process information only on our instructions:

  • Vercel Inc. (website hosting and security)
  • Supabase (secure database where enquiries are stored)
  • Resend (delivery of enquiry emails)
  • Google (web fonts)

Some of these providers store or process data outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be accessible to authorities under local law. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

  • Enquiries: up to 24 months after your last contact with us, unless we enter a business relationship, in which case we keep what that relationship requires.
  • Daily article view counts: kept as statistics; they contain no personal information.

Your rights

Under Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) you may ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and withdraw your consent to its use. Residents of Quebec also have the rights given by Quebec's privacy law, including the right to have information deleted or de-indexed where it applies. Residents of other jurisdictions may have similar rights under their local law.

To make a request, including a request to delete your information, write to dlongo@longocorp.com with the subject "Privacy request". We will confirm your identity and answer within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls and reputable providers to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

This website is intended for adults and is not directed to children.
